The 600mm Cassette Squeegee Head is a high-performance cleaning tool designed for demanding hygiene environments. Featuring a double rubber blade, it delivers excellent durability, flexibility, and elasticity for efficient liquid removal on a variety of surfaces.
The blade is housed in a convenient cassette system, allowing it to be easily reversed for even wear, extending its lifespan. When fully worn, the cassette can be replaced (compatible with CAS6), making it a cost-effective and sustainable solution.
Constructed with a thickened, heavy-duty polypropylene frame, this squeegee is built for strength and longevity while maintaining smooth surfaces for easy cleaning. It is ideal for use in food processing areas and other indoor environments, with materials that are FDA and EU-approved for food contact.
For maximum hygiene, the squeegee head is fully autoclavable at temperatures up to 134°C.

600mm Cassette Squeegee Head
600mm squeegee, with double rubber blade. This rubber is especially durable, flexible and has good elasticity, and is FDA/EU approved for food contact. The rubber blade comes in a cassette, which may easily be reversed to give even wear and longer life, and may be replaced altogether when worn out (see CAS6). The frame is thickened heavy-duty Polypropylene, designed with smooth, easily cleaned surfaces. This squeegee is good in food processing area, and any indoor environments. Autoclavable at 134C.
